Veeva - A Curvy Revolution

Neha a postgraduate in Marketing and Finance started Veeva in the year 2012. In the year 2011 Neha was blessed with a baby boy. She was ecstatic happy and content in her life. During Pregnancy Neha put on weight. And getting clothes in her size was a task. There were very few brands that offered plus size options then. The options were expensive and the fitting not so good. After a while she realised quite a few ladies were facing the same issues. She being a management graduate was quick at picking up the demand supply gap. She decided to sourced plus size garments and sell them. She approached many manufacturing units and they flatly refused to make plus size garments. That's when she was appalled by the size bias in the women's clothing sector. No one wanted to serve the growing plus size population. No one was ready to give the attention that the plus size population rightly deserved and was ready to pay for. That's when in the year 2012 Neha decided to launch her own Plus Size Label. That's how Veeva was born. The name Veeva was inspired by her son's name Vedant. Veeva was launched to provide affordable well fitted clothing for curvy Indian women.
